Does the hotel have a fitness room or pool?
We don't have a pool - but our cozy lido right on the lake does. In addition, a small, fine sauna area awaits you daily from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. And the best gym? Clearly: the Carinthian Nockberge mountains right on the doorstep!

When can I check in on the day of arrival?
Your room will be ready for you from 14:00.

By what time do I have to check out on the day of departure?
We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.

Does the hotel have offers for families with children?
Oh yes - lots and lots! Petting zoo, adventure course in the garden, sand play areas with sun protection, indoor play area and youth room. There's also a varied family program with hikes, bike tours and legendary walks. And there's no time for boredom at the lido either: sand playgrounds, volleyball, soccer and table tennis await the whole crew.

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?
Yes, two large free parking spaces are available - including a few carport spaces. We do not have an underground parking garage.

How long is the reception open?
Our reception is open daily from 8:00-20:00.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Sure - fur noses are very welcome! Please note: We charge € 15 per day.

Are dogs allowed in the lido?
Yes, with pleasure. However, your dog must be kept on a lead and is unfortunately not allowed in the water (due to local regulations).

Do all rooms have a balcony?
Not all - our Mirnock standard rooms do not have one. However, the majority of our rooms have a balcony.

Are there towels and bathrobes in the room?
You will find towels for the bathroom and beach directly in your room. You are welcome to borrow bathrobes from us for a small fee of € 8.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?
No, out of consideration for the environment (and our team) we clean every two days. If you need anything in between, just let us know - we'll take care of it.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
No, our rooms do not have air conditioning. But most of them have beautiful, spacious balconies.

Do the rooms have a minibar or fridge?
No, there is no minibar or fridge in the rooms.

Is smoking allowed in the room?
Not in the room - but very happy on the balcony.

Yes, of course! There really is something for everyone on our menu.

How do you deal with allergies and intolerances?

Do you have sun loungers and parasols on the beach?
Yes, parasols and sun loungers are available to our hotel guests free of charge - just take them and relax!

Is there something to drink and eat on the beach?
Yes, our beach kiosk is open in July & August from 12:00 to 17:00 in good weather. Alternatively, there are also drinks and snack vending machines on site.

Can I hire SUPs at the lake?
Unfortunately not directly on our beach, but SUPs can be rented just a few minutes away at the Parkbad.

Is there a parking lot at the beach?
Yes, you can easily drive to our lido by car and park in the gravel parking lot.

How far is the lido from the hotel?
The hotel is centrally located in Döbriach, the beach is about 1.8 km away - perfect for a short walk or a quick bike ride.

Are dogs allowed on the sunbathing lawn and in the water?
Of course, your four-legged friends are allowed on the sunbathing lawn. Please note that dogs must remain on a lead and are not allowed in the water. A few minutes further on, they can refresh themselves in the mouth of a stream.

Can I wash or dry my wet bike clothing?
Of course! Simply use our laundry service or put your clothes in our laundry room to dry - easy and stress-free.

Can I store my bike safely in the hotel?
Absolutely! Our lockable bike garage offers enough space for all bikes. There is also a charging socket for e-bikes.

Is there a service station?
Yes, at our bike wash station you will also find a repair kit for minor breakdowns - so you are always ready for your tour.

Can I borrow a bike on site?
In any case! City bikes are available to our guests free of charge. Depending on availability, you can hire mountain bikes for €5 per day - and we are also happy to organize e-mountain bikes.

Can I get a packed lunch for my tour?
Of course you can! Just let us know the day before and we'll pack you a lunch for just €5 - perfect for on the go.

Are there tours that start directly at the hotel?
Yes, lots of them! Whether it's the cycle path around the lake, the bike trail over the Sternenbalkon, the lake view & panorama circuit or the sporty hike to the Mirnock world mountain - setting off directly from the hotel is easy.

Are there guided hiking or biking tours?
Yes, most of our guests enjoy free guided hiking and biking tours with professional guides.
