Restaurant specialist

Service is all about hospitality and variety. Whether decorating rooms, taking orders or serving food and drinks – here you slip into the role of host and ensure that our guests feel at home. From breakfast to evening service to parties and catering, there is always something going on.

Hotel and catering assistant

Organizational talent and communication go hand in hand here. Processing reservations, answering guest inquiries, dealing with administrative tasks – and always having a smile ready for the guests. You are the interface between the front and back office and get to know the hotel business from all sides.

Cook

A creative trade awaits you in the kitchen. Preparing fresh products, helping to cook regional and international dishes, presenting plates attractively – you will be involved in everything from buffets and menus to snacks. Teamwork and culinary variety take center stage.

Dual apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist and hotel and catering assistant

Two apprenticeships in one: In service, you will look after the well-being of our guests – from breakfast to dinner. At the same time, you will learn everything about reservations, guest care and organization at reception and in the office. This will give you a broad knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry and many opportunities for your career.
